A highly regarded Legal 500 City firm are seeking a Trademark Attorney to join their team.
You will join a Legal 500 ranked intellectual property team who advise on worldwide filing strategies and prosecute UK and international trade mark applications. Clients are in a broad range of industries including cosmetic, entertainment, finance and telecommunications.
Responsibilities will include:
- Advising on Trade Mark and Design Portfolio Management for various clients from filing to registration
- Advising and filing opposition and cancellation proceedings
- Advising on assignments and licence agreements
- Applying for renewals and change of names
- Advising and representing clients in various company name disputes
