TML Recruitment are partnered with a leading UK wide property practice in their search for a candidate to join their Infrastructure Services division. The division assists in delivering projects to build a more sustainable and long-lasting Infrastructure for the UK on behalf of clients across a range of different sectors including electricity, gas, water, fibre optics, oil, and renewables.
Our client prides themselves on understanding their clients' specific requirements and industry developments, as well as maintaining and developing their professional team and continuing the development of their systems to assist in high quality service delivery. The role will be varied, including project managing from routing, through to construction and completion, and providing consultancy services associated with benchmarking, procedures and management systems.
WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?
- Providing expert guidance and overseeing infrastructure projects at both local and national levels, working with key clients across sectors such as electricity and water on Major Infrastructure Projects and Asset Management portfolios.
- Delivering land consultancy services to clients across various project types, including maintaining existing infrastructure and installing new equipment.
- Offering professional support and strategic advice to clients on their interactions with landowners.
- Engaging in land referencing, drafting and serving statutory notices, negotiating compensation, and securing rights to facilitate project delivery.
- Assisting clients with their major connections customers to drive customer-led infrastructure projects and maintain strong relationships.
- Liaising with landowners and managing public enquiries.
- Providing regular project updates and reporting directly to clients on progress.
- Supporting clients in commissioning additional professional services, including environmental and ecological reports and strategy development.
- Assisting the clients' legal team with relevant matters as required.
- Collaborating with the office Partner to develop new and maintain existing client relationships while diversifying workstreams.
- Contributing to wider ad hoc projects across the business.
- Mentoring and supporting the development of graduates within the team, helping them achieve their professional goals.
- Demonstrating a proactive approach to ongoing training and development to enhance skills, support the team, and expand expertise within the role.

- MRICS or AssocRICS qualifications (preferably)
