Colleague Technology Services Engineer The Colleague Technology Support team is critical to the success of all Aon entities within London, the UK, and the wider EMEA region. This a chance to support our Aon Colleagues based in our London office in the City of London. The role will be based in our office full time. What the day will look like A normal day will be r esponsible for providing both Level I & II Technology Support to the Aon colleagues. Provide professional assistance to internal and external customers having hardware and software related problems with their desktops, laptops, mobile devices, or peripherals. Strives to achieve the highest level of customer service while supporting and developing corporate computing needs. To also provide administrative IT support, where necessary, and to communicate appropriately to internal and external parties during BAU or Work Request based activities. Support colleagues from abroad and from time to time support them face to face or remotely both in the London and UK wide offices. .
