Join us as a Capital Advisory Manager. This influential role will see you supporting the delivery of our capital management strategic plan. You’ll work with stakeholders to actively manage the business portfolio in line with our strategy and risk appetite. In doing so, you’ll benefit from excellent exposure as you face off to senior stakeholders including directors and executives. We’re offering this role for a period of up to 12 months.
What you’ll do:
- Drive engagement with business heads and function partners to help manage the portfolio in line with the executive committee’s strategy and risk appetite.
- Play a key role in driving capital education and understanding, working with the function head to present and provide training across the teams.
- Enable optimisation of risk-weighted assets (RWAs) through collection, analysis and interpretation of data.
- Support the directors to lead on capital related issues.
- Provide capital information on large transactions.
- Assist in the analysis of capital allocation across business lines and products.
- Contribute to the bank’s endeavours to optimise our risk profile through RWA initiatives.
- Provide input to balance sheet, capital, sector and asset class budgeting and forecasting.

- Industry experience gained in Basel regulation and commercial environments.

- A background of working in teams engaged in relationship management and portfolio management activities.
- Strong quantitative and analytical skills.
