We’re recruiting for a main contractor to work across several highways projects on the South Coast. They are looking for a Performance Manager to work with different projects/teams and continuously drive the performance of each project against some key metrics.
The Performance Manager will collate information from different teams and ensure they meet the KPI’s set by the client. You will collate the information from different systems and departments and present this to the client monthly. Some of the key metrics include Social Value, Environmental, Quality, H&S, and Commercial factors.
Duties include:
- Demonstrate strong leadership by promoting high standards and fostering a culture of professionalism and continuous improvement.
- Collaborate across teams and with the supply chain to build relationships, align with client vision, and exceed KPI expectations.
- Encourage strategic thinking and innovation to solve challenges, improve performance, and drive operational efficiency.
- Support, influence, and train others to ensure best practices, high performance, and capability across all business functions.
- Monitor and manage performance through KPI analysis, feedback, and implementation of effective improvement plans.
