Responsibilities * Own and manage a portfolio of clients with a focus on retention, satisfaction, and renewals * Build deep, consultative relationships with key client stakeholders * Understand client goals and align service delivery to meet those objectives * Identify upsell opportunities and work closely with the commercial team to convert them * Use data to track client success metrics and report on account health * Troubleshoot issues, resolve concerns, and provide strategic solutions * Deliver regular business reviews and performance updates to clients * Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client feedback shapes service delivery * Hit and exceed client retention and growth targets Skills & Attributes * Strong commercial awareness and a proven track record of working to targets. * A natural communicator who builds rapport with ease. * Analytical thinker who enjoys problem-solving and spotting trends in data. * Experience in a client-facing, relationship management, or renewals-focused role. * Proactive, solutions-oriented mindset – you don’t wait for problems to arise. * Organised and detail-oriented, with strong time management skills. * Comfortable presenting, leading meetings, and influencing senior stakeholders. **Roberts Webb Recruitment are acting as an agency in relation to this role
