Responsibilities:
- Support cradle to grave Loan Portfolio management
- Underwriting assets, covering a diverse range of Real Estate Finance deals
- Assist with the restructuring of NPL transactions
- Credit analysis
- Review relevant loan documentation
- Perform thorough analysis and prepare detailed reports on relevant information (i.e. market trends, ratings, market cap etc)
- Engage with relevant 3rd parties (i.e. advisers, valuers etc)
