We are seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Architect to design and implement scalable and efficient Salesforce solutions. The ideal candidate will have a deep knowledge of Salesforce products, architecture best practices, and a strong ability to lead development teams and interface with stakeholders to deliver high-quality CRM solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement end-to-end Salesforce solutions across Sales, Service, Marketing, and Community Clouds.
- Translate business requirements into well-architected solutions that best leverage the Salesforce platform.
- Define technical strategy and architecture for Salesforce and related technologies (e.g., MuleSoft, Heroku, APIs).
- Serve as the subject matter expert on Salesforce architecture, integration patterns, and data modelling.
- Guide technical teams in the implementation of Salesforce solutions, including custom development, integrations, and data migration.
- Ensure the architecture supports non-functional requirements such as performance, security, scalability, and compliance.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure alignment between business needs and technical solutions.
- Perform code reviews and mentor developers on Salesforce best practices.
- Stay current on Salesforce platform updates, roadmap, and industry best practices.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.

- Strong knowledge of Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components (LWC), and Salesforce APIs.
- Proven experience with Salesforce data modelling and integration patterns.
