Job Summary: As an Operations Administrator you will be responsible for performing a variety of administrative tasks to ensure the efficient operation of our branch. This pivotal role involves supporting the day-to-day operations of our director, ensuring efficient service delivery, and maintaining strong client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Account Management: Oversee client accounts, ensuring services are delivered on time and to the highest standards.
- Scheduling & Coordination: Organise and manage service schedules, liaising with field operatives and clients to optimise routes and timings.
- Documentation & Reporting: Maintain accurate records of services provided, including before-and-after photos, and generate regular reports for clients.
- Communication: Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing queries and resolving issues promptly.
- Compliance & Quality Assurance: Ensure all services comply with industry regulations and company standards.
- Administrative Support: Assist with invoicing, procurement, and other administrative tasks as required.
