A new role for a Senior Business Analyst has arisen with an international Tech company working on a major UK Government Programme, analysing and solving complex business problems for a high-profile end client.
The Role
The Senior Business Analyst will map key stakeholders, elicit, analyse and define key business requirements, establish an in depth understanding of key business processes and assist in establishing a broader strategic vision and roadmap to successful delivery. You will undertake large and complex data analytic activities and work closely with Product Owners to understand desired outcomes and business drivers, ensuring proposed solutions are aligned to these. The role will also consist of supporting UAT activities and driving continuous improvement activities.
Requirements
The role requires an experienced Business Analyst with excellent communication skills who is able to work closely with both technical (incl. SMEs) and non-technical officers, eliciting requirements and working on multiple work streams in an agile environment. Knowledge of Business Process Modelling, running workshops, the production of roadmaps, pain point analysis and user stories are all sought as well as an enthusiastic and creative approach to relevant activities.

3 days per week on site in Telford.
Package
Up to £70,000 and Benefits which include private healthcare and pension matched up to 8%.
