Our client is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Client Executive to join their team. This role is ideal for an individual with experience in Invoice Finance or a similar industry who thrives in a client-focused environment. You will play a key part in maintaining strong client relationships, ensuring risk management, and supporting the relationship management team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as a primary point of contact for clients, fostering strong and effective relationships.
- Identify and escalate any risks or service issues to the Relationship Management Team.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records to ensure seamless coverage during absences.
- Oversee effective ledger management, including client assignments, funding limits, and credit approvals in line with company policies.
- Assist the Relationship Management Team with funding and payment proposals.
- Conduct proactive customer verification and credit control according to company procedures.
- Ensure timely receipt, review, and action of all client documentation.
- Maintain detailed records of client interactions and administrative activities.
- Support the introduction of new clients by collaborating with the Management Team and New Business division.
Skills & Experience Required:
- Experience: 2+ years in Invoice Finance or a related financial services industry.
