Key Responsibilities:
- Welcoming all clients and visitors into the office, offering refreshments, and escorting to meeting rooms
- Answering incoming calls and emails, efficiently and passing across accurate messages to the team
- Set up and arrange meeting rooms for senior meetings and events
- Distributing post and messages to the team
- Manage the office supplies, and ensuring the smooth running of the office space
- Support the wider team in daily administrative tasks
What We're Looking For:
- Experience: Must have previous office experience.
- Skills: Proficient in MS Office, including Outlook. Strong organisational and communication skills, proactive, hardworking, and positive nature.
