We’re hiring a Recruitment Consultant to join a specialist agency that works with VC-backed startups, PE-funded scale-ups, and global leaders across Biotech, MedTech, and Pharma. The Role:
- Position: Recruitment Consultant (360 role)
- Location: Hybrid – 2-3 days/week in Newcastle office
- Salary: £32,000 – £40,000 base + commission + sign-on bonus
