Pure Search are excited to be working with a globally renowned name and leader in their market within the broadcasting and production world. This role will give you excellent experience to take a leading role in the compliance of a large household name while getting exposure to advising on acquisitions around the world.
The role includes:
- Preparation of annual UK CT returns for the businesses entities
- Responsible for quarterly CT forecasting and reporting, including calculation of CT payments on account and managing the group payment arrangement.
- Preparation of tax provisioning calculations at UK entity level for statutory financial statements and for Group consolidations under both IFRS, FRS101 and FRS102.
- Management of the Senior Accounting Officer certification process
- Management of the CbCR process
- Advisory support on a number of subjects, for example proactive and pragmatic direct tax input on new initiatives, business line expansion and strategic plans across all business units (including ERP systems upgrades, transactions, setting up offices in new territories, property transactions), making tax digital, Business Risk Review, HMRC CT enquiries etc.
You will:
- Hold a tax qualification or be a finalist
- Have relevant experience in a top 5 accounting firm or experience in-house within a large multinational
- Be a team player
