Liberty Towers are partnered with a Global Leading audit, tax, advisory, and consulting firm known for its global reach to recruit Audit Associates to join the team. The ideal candidate is studying towards the ACA / ACCA Qualification and is looking to further develop their career in a supportive, innovative, and inclusive environment.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as a key point of contact for clients, demonstrating exceptional communication skills in both written and verbal exchanges.
- Assist in the planning, execution, and finalisation of audits, proactively addressing areas of concern and providing solutions.
- Exhibit a thorough understanding of risk management, aligning with the Firm’s policies and regulatory requirements.
- Maintain the highest standards of integrity, ensuring the Firm’s interests are always represented professionally.
- Produce high-quality work for Manager and Partner review, identifying issues and proposing solutions.
- Support business development efforts by identifying additional sales opportunities with clients.
- Identify areas for improvement in clients’ business processes and contribute to Audit Findings Reports.
- Keep projects on track by monitoring budgets and explaining variances where necessary.
- Actively contribute to a collaborative team environment, both locally and with other UK offices as needed.
Requirements:
- Studying towards ACA/ACCA qualification.
- Significant auditing and accounting experience (ideally UKGAAP).
- Experience of corporates desirable.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel and ideally CaseWare.
- A passion for client service.
- Display energy and enthusiasm and a focus on achieving results.
- A keenness to further your own personal development and career goals.
