Audio Visual Project Manager

Location: Surrey / London based with some travel

Salary: 40,000 - 50,000 (depending on experience)

Client: Smart Home Automation - Residential

Are you passionate about delivering high-end residential automation projects from concept through to completion? I am working exclusively with a client in the Essex area, a long and established leader in the Smart Home Automation sector to recruit a Project Manager with strong programming capabilities to join their growing team.

About the Client:

With over 30 years in the industry, the client is a specialist in designing and installing bespoke smart home solutions. From lighting and AV to security and climate control, they deliver exceptional systems tailored to luxury homes and discerning clients across the UK and beyond.

The Role:

As Project Manager, you will play a key role in delivering residential smart home projects, ensuring every aspect is completed on time, to spec, and to the highest standards. You will liaise closely with clients, contractors, and in-house teams.

Responsibilities:

• Lead high-end smart home installations from start to finish
• Work with clients and designers to create bespoke lighting designs
• Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources
• Coordinate technical teams and subcontractors on-site
• Ensure all systems meet client expectations and Clarke Infinity's standards
• Maintain documentation and ensure smooth handovers

About You:

• Proven experience in Smart Home / AV Project Management
• Strong understanding of residential lighting control and design
• Confident managing multiple luxury residential projects
• Knowledge of systems such as Lutron, Control4, KNX, or Crestron
• Excellent client-facing and communication skills
• Highly organised with attention to detail
