Our client, based near Cardiff, is currently recruiting for a Painter and Decorator (External) on a 6-month temporary contract. The position is due to start immediately on a full-time basis. The hourly rate for this role is up to circa £21.38 per hour on a CIS Basis (Via an Umbrella Company).
The ideal candidate will have experience carrying out external painting and decorating roles to domestic properties, both tenanted and void.
Duties will include (but are not limited to):
- Carrying out external painting and decorating roles to external properties
- Identifying and rectifying defects in paint work
- Preparing all walls/ceilings to receive paint or paper
- Painting external walls/ceilings with emulsion paints following the correct preparation
Candidate Requirements:
- NVQ LVL 2 in Painting and Decorating
Working hours: 37 hours per week, Monday - Friday, flexible start/finish times.
