Location: Hatfield, AL10 8XB
Rate of Pay: £35,000 - £37,000 per annum
Working Pattern: Monday to Friday 7:00am - 15:00pm, 40 hours per week
Key Responsibilities:
- Preparing our delicious food
- Managing the main aspects of the kitchens including Health & Safety and Training & Development
- Cooking for up to 100 people per day, which will include classic and street food meals
- Managing and working alongside a kitchen supervisor
- Receiving and managing food deliveries and managing storage

By developing a great working relationship with clients, team, and customers alike, you will be able to ensure the catering contract you are part of is always growing in the right direction.
Ensure the highest standards of food quality, hygiene, and safety, and that all food is stored, handled, prepared, and cooked according to regulations. Develop and implement seasonal menus, considering customer preferences and dietary needs, as well as cost-effectiveness. Manage the kitchen budget, control food costs, and monitor stock levels. Address any issues or concerns that may arise in the kitchen and implement solutions to ensure smooth operations.
