Occupational Health Advisor, Ashford/Epsom/London, Full time, £53k to £64K Ref: OH162 We are working with a large utilities company to source an experienced, qualified, Occupational Health Advisor for their in-house Occupational Health service. This is a full-time role covering the South of England. Locations include Ashford, Epsom, and London. Overnight stays are likely to be required, and a van and fuel card are provided. You will lead a team of OH Technicians and sign off their work. You will deliver and support the company wellbeing strategy, referring employees to the EAP, Physiotherapy, and HR Case management services. Key Responsibilities: Deliver Health Surveillance programme. Provide advice on all health and wellbeing matters. Support Lead OHA in development of policies and procedures. Management of own workload and that of the OH Technicians. Work closely with HR to ensure OH delivers to business needs. Case management could be part of the role in 2025/26.
