A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Residential Property Solicitor or Fee Earner to join my clients team on a hybrid basis in their Margate, Kent office.

The succesful candidate will manage a caseload of varied Residential Property matters with full responsibility of each file from appointment through to completion. You will have the independence to manage your caseload under minimal supervision and be given autonomy to liaise with clients and external resources.
Key Duties
• Buying and selling residential property
• Reviewing and drafting terms and conditions
• Reviewing and drafting asset purchase agreements and share purchase agreements
• Drafting and reviewing shareholders\’ agreements and partnership agreements
• Dealing with companies house formalities
• Working and recent knowledge of the Companies Act
The successful applicant must have:
• The ideal candidate will have 7+ years PQE in Residential Property (candidates with less experience would still be considered).
• Ability to work unsupervised, efficiently, and with great attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Must be able to provide courteous, prompt, and impressive service to clients.
• Experience in a broad range of residential matters.
• IT proficient with good knowledge of MS Office packages and case management systems.
• Commercial and financial awareness.
• Preferable if based locally with some client following.
