What you will be doing and why it matters
We’re delivering a bespoke internal system that plays a critical role in how we operate and scale. This isn’t a plug-and-play implementation — it’s a custom-built, outcome-driven solution where requirements will evolve as we learn, adapt, and iterate.
You’ll be managing the full delivery lifecycle in an agile, fast-moving environment, working closely with development teams to build, not just plan. This role is at the heart of how we modernise and enable our business. You won’t be a status updater — you’ll be a leader who brings structure to the chaos, clarity to the unknown, and momentum to the mission.

- Close partnership with the projects Principal Engineer
- Collaborate closely with Product Owners, Architects, and QA leads
- Report to the Head of PMO, with dotted-line alignment to the Head of Product
- Coordinate with augmented teams abroad and local stakeholders
What You’ll Be Doing
- Drive delivery of a bespoke, high-impact internal platform
- Lead cross-functional teams across the UK and Eastern Europe (nearshore)
- Navigate evolving requirements and complexity with confidence
- Enable a strong delivery rhythm using agile principles
- Own the delivery plan, sprint cadence, and stakeholder alignment
- Translate product goals into actionable outcomes
- Manage risk, pace, and quality without micromanaging
What we are looking for
- Experience delivering custom-built applications, not just packaged software
- A background in product-led environments, ideally SaaS or platform
- Hands-on and comfortable working directly with developers and architects
- Confidence navigating ambiguity — you’re not phased when the brief changes
- Experience with distributed delivery teams, particularly nearshore or offshore
- Proactive, self-starting mindset — you lead without waiting for permission
