Job Description Project Support – Manchester – Hybrid – Up to £27,000 Are you passionate about making a difference in the country’s transition towards net zero? We are seeking an enthusiastic individual to join our team and support various funded initiatives. These initiatives aim to enhance energy efficiency and reduce environmental impact across councils, schools, housing associations, hospitals, and universities. Key Responsibilities Support delivery programme teams with administrative tasks essential for project management and grant/loan project support. Set up key folders on SharePoint according to an approved folder structure format. Download new applications from the portal and save them in the designated applicant folder, ensuring correct naming and format. Assist relationship managers in invoice verification and payment processing. Draft Grant Amendment Letters and other documentation using approved templates. Save and organise files between client folders and central locations as necessary. Consolidate information from various sources into a central tracker or database.
