Huntswood is recruiting experienced Complaint Handlers to join our dynamic utilities complaints team based in Glasgow. Use your expertise to resolve customer issues related to billing, missed appointments, and meter problems for a leading utilities company.
What We Offer:
- Contract Duration: till end of August 2025
- Start Date: 2nd June 2025
- Day Rate: £155 per day (Umbrella recruitment only - we can assist with this)
- Location: Glasgow City Centre (Full-time in office for training and sign-off, with hybrid working available after - 3 days a week in office)
- Working hours: 37.5 hours per week, 5 days per week. Monday to Friday between 8am - 6pm.
