Reporting to the Marketing Director and managing a small team of two within the marketing team, you will be a hands-on manager guiding the team to manage the company's full mix marketing to support your SME customers' marketing and communication for the company's product portfolio. Responsibilities include:

  • Managing retention campaigns and brand.
  • Working collaboratively with senior leadership to steer strategy.
  • Managing end-to-end marketing campaigns with the support of agencies and the internal team.
  • Managing and nurturing a small marketing team of 2 Executives.
  • Creating marketing briefs.
  • Maintaining customer mailing lists - CRM Salesforce.
  • Creating customer communications schedule (newsletters, Ads/PR, and mailings).
  • Overseeing online presence.
  • Briefing agencies - creative.
  • Advising on marketing activities/budget and online marketing.
  • Providing sales support for new product introduction events/exhibitions.

Experience required:

  • Broad marketing experience supporting retention, product nurture, and brand management.
  • Team management experience.
  • Experience managing and developing a small marketing team.
  • Marketing campaign experience supporting marketing strategy.
  • Hands-on experience with a broad marketing mix (both traditional and digital).
  • Developing and briefing marketing campaigns.
  • Briefing creative and other external agencies.
  • Passionate and approachable with excellent communication skills (both verbal and written).

Remuneration & Benefits:

  • Salary based on experience (£40,000 to £45,000).
  • Bonus: 20%.
  • Pension: Up to 10%.
  • 26 days holiday.
