A highly successful ecommerce company is currently recruiting for a Personal Assistant to support the Directors in the business. This company is going through hyper growth and they are looking for a talented Personal Assistant, who can assist with providing general support to the Directors to make their day-to-day lives easier, allowing them to focus on the business.
Areas of responsibilities:
- Diary management, scheduling meetings and planning events
- Organising staff social events
- General personal support to the Directors to make their day-to-day lives easier
- Greet and provide hospitality to guests and visitors
- Coordinating and booking international travel
- Assist in the creation of presentation decks & regular reports
- Screening Director’s phone calls, enquiries and requests
- Ordering office equipment
Personal Profile:
- At least 2 years’ experience in an EA/ PA role
- Very organised and comfortable in an extremely fast environment where no two days are the same
- Strong IT skills – specifically with Microsoft 365 (Word, Excel and Teams)
- Great attention to detail
- Confident and motivated team player
- The ability to manage time and prioritise tasks effectively
- Excellent communication skills – both written and verbal
