Senior Sous Chef - beautiful Cotswolds Restaurant

Salary: £40,000 - £43,000 + tronc (approx. £2,500 - £3,000 annually)

Accommodation: Optional live-in with private en-suite (£250/month)

The Role

  • Support the Head Chef in the smooth running of daily service across lunch and dinner
