Role: Invoicing CoordinatorLocation: Kempston, BedfordSalary: £16,250 Hours: 25 Hours over 5 days ( 9am – 2pm or 10am – 3pm)

Attega Group is currently partnering with our client in recruiting a Invoicing Coordinatorto join the team.The main purpose of this role is to work within the invoicing team onboarding and credit checking new clients.In return, our client is offering a salary of up to £16k, depending on experience, This role is a Part Time position. The hours of work will be either 9am – 2pm or 10am – 3pm over 5 days Monday – Friday.Your responsibilities will include:

  • Complete the invoicing using our internal system
  • Support other Group invoicing activities
  • Support other Group invoicing activites
  • Chasing up overdue invoices via email / phone weekly and Monthly.
  • Keeping an up-to-date spreadsheet with overdue customer accounts and liaise with Accounts supervisor.
  • Check daily credit score for customers via Credit Safe Portal.

The ideal candidate:

  • Experience in Invoicing
  • Computer Literate – Word, Excel
  • The ability to manage pressure and conflicting demands and prioritise tasks and workload
  • Client onboarding and credit checking experience
  • Attention to detail
