Are you a compassionate individual looking to make a difference in people’s lives? We’d like you to join us at Jane Lewis as a Support Worker in Portsmouth! We are offering an exciting opportunity to support a client in her own home with cerebral palsy. She is wheelchair dependent, she can eat and drink normally, has some communication issues but can speak, and will require personal care. Due to genuine client need, we can only accept female applications for this position.
Must hold a valid UK driving license. Shift pattern is afternoons after college every day 3pm till 8pm, Fridays 2pm till 6pm, 1 - 2 nights per week, Saturday and Sundays days when needed + opportunity for overtime.

As a Support Worker you must:

- Have excellent communication skills and a basic knowledge of the sector
