An experienced multi-skilled tradesperson is being recruited to join the expanding team with an award-winning contractor who builds high-quality homes/developments throughout London and the South East.
Responsibilities include:
- Attend meetings with clients prior to developments being handed to the engineer.
- Visit homes, liaise with residents, inspect issues, and carry out works specific and related to latent defects.
- Liaise with the senior engineer on all issues detailing the required actions to close the issue, taking photographic and video evidence.
- Supervise contractors and additional engineers attending if required on your site.
- Complete sign-off sheets.
- Update the senior engineer with latent defects so all information is logged onto the system.
- Ensure Health and Safety requirements are met at all times, maintaining a professional and friendly manner.
