Seeking a Personal Injury Solicitor to manage claimant cases valued over £150k. Remote role with monthly office visits.

The Personal Injury Solicitor will be responsible for:

  • Managing a caseload of claimant serious injury matters valued over £150k.
  • Providing expert legal advice and representation to clients throughout the claims process.
  • Collaborating with medical professionals, experts, and other stakeholders to build robust cases.
  • Ensuring compliance with all regulatory and procedural requirements.
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date case records using the firm's case management system.
  • Supervising and mentoring junior team members, as appropriate.
  • Attending court hearings and settlement negotiations as required.
  • Keeping abreast of developments in personal injury law and practice.

The Personal Injury Solicitor should be:

  • A solicitor or equivalent with a minimum of 4 years' PQE in handling serious injury matters.
  • Proficient in managing high-value, complex claimant cases.
  • Experienced in working with medical experts and interpreting complex medical evidence.
  • Able to demonstrate a strong track record of successful settlements and litigated outcomes.
  • Willing to travel to the office twice a month for team collaboration and meetings.
