It’s Monday to Friday 8.45am to 5.30pm One Saturday in Four – for 4 hours – can be WFH What you will be doing: Support the sales progression team by ensuring a swift exchange and completion of property sales. Act as the first point of contact for all incoming telephone calls and respond to all telephone and email enquiries promptly and professionally. Handle queries on ongoing transactions, ensuring they are addressed efficiently and effectively. Liaise with stakeholders such as mortgage brokers, surveyors, agents, and solicitors to ensure smooth transactions. Chase necessary documents and identify potential issues, proactively addressing them to avoid delays. Update the CRM system regularly with accurate and relevant information, ensuring records are always up to date. What you will need to succeed: At least 1 year of experience working in a property sales or conveyancing environment, with a strong understanding of property transaction processes. Embrace a results-driven environment, taking ownership of tasks and pushing towards excellence. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Exhibit a polished telephone demeanour and excel in collaborative, high-pressure situations. A keen interest in property and a willingness to develop your knowledge further. A desire to work in a growing company, contributing ideas and improvements to processes. What do you get in return?
