Our client, a Global Investment Bank, is expanding its structuring capabilities within their Securitisation business. They are looking to add Associate/VP securitisation structurer in London. The team develops and implements structured solutions, including securitisation deals such as ABS, RMBS, and CMBS, to meet client needs. The role is based in London, with occasional regional transactions.

Key Accountabilities:

  • Contribute to structuring and developing new securitisation deals from idea generation to launch.
  • Prepare and review documentation for new securitisation deals and solutions.
  • Lead governance activities, ensuring compliance with regulations and Bank policies.
  • Enhance reporting and manage policy documentation.
  • Support distributor onboarding, due diligence, governance approvals, and contract negotiation.
  • Ensure a robust control framework and continuous improvement of outputs.
  • Coordinate due diligence requests to service providers and distributors.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, infrastructure partners, and service providers to ensure all risks are managed and approvals obtained.
  • Utilise strong problem-solving and analytical skills to meet investor needs and interpret regulations.
  • Apply technical knowledge across regulatory, legal, and compliance areas to support decisions.

Person Specification:

  • 5+ years in financial services, with experience in securitisation structuring.
  • Technical background to understand and prepare securitisation documentation; knowledge of ABS, RMBS, and CMBS is a plus.
  • Have structured both Public and Private deals before.
  • Proactive, dynamic, and collaborative personality.
  • Quick learner, adaptable, inquisitive, and detail-oriented.
