Part Qualified Management Accountant

A fast-growing, impact-driven real estate investment and development firm is seeking a Part-Qualified Management Accountant to join its finance team. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a business that combines financial performance with environmental and social purpose.

About the Role

Reporting to the Financial Controller, the Management Accountant will play a vital role in delivering accurate financial reporting, supporting budgeting processes, and providing analysis to drive strategic decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare monthly management accounts with supporting variance analysis.

• Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow reporting.

• Support project accounting and investment reporting.

• Maintain balance sheet reconciliations and journal entries.

• Liaise with external accountants, auditors, and banks where required.

• Bookkeeping

• Work closely with non-finance teams to provide financial insight on projects.

• Contribute to finance process improvements and system optimisation.

Person Specification

• Part-qualified accountant (ACCA, CIMA, ACA or equivalent)

• 2-4 years of relevant finance experience

• Strong Excel skills and good working knowledge of accounting software.

• Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail.

• Excellent communication skills and a proactive, solutions-oriented attitude.
