Team Leader – Children\’s Residential Home Location: LE7, Leicestershire Salary: £14-£15 per hour Hours: Full time, 40 hours per week Are you an experienced Residential Support Worker ready to step up, or a Team Leader looking for a new challenge in a supportive and child-focused environment? We’re recruiting a Team Leader for a well-established 3-bed children’s home in LE7, supporting young people with Emotional and Behavioural Difficulties (EBD). This is the first home for a growing provider with strong values, a hands-on leadership team, and exciting plans to expand across Leicestershire. As Team Leader, you\’ll play a vital role in ensuring high standards of care, leading shifts, mentoring staff, and creating a nurturing, stable environment where children can thrive.
