Building Maintenance Engineer Coventry & Warwickshire Partnership NHS Trust 4 days on 4 days off 07:00 – 19:00 and 19:00 – 07:00. Band 5 – £23.00 1 year placement. Do you have experience as a Estates or Building Maintenance Engineer with a bias towards mechanical or electrical jobs? If so, then Coventry & Warwickshire Partnership NHS Trust want to hear from you! We have a new role for a Mechanical Building Maintenance Engineer at Coventry and Warwickshire based at Cauldon Centre, Clifford Bridge Road, Coventry CV2 2TE within the Estates & Facilities team. We are looking for somebody to start ASAP. Key Duties & Responsibilities * To participate in the provision of an Estates service primarily undertaking Building and joinery day-to-day reactive repairs, planned maintenance, installation, and minor improvements. It will be anticipated that some general building repair duties will also be required to be undertaken. * The post holder will be required to carry out small works as required. Plan, set out, manufacture, assemble, erect, and install new works utilising relevant drawings, specifications, instruments, machinery, tools, and equipment.
