The predicted salary is between 28800 - 43200 £ per year.

As the project Document Controller you will manage and maintain all construction project documentation in an organised, accurate, and efficient manner. Ensuring all documentation is safely stored and readily available for distribution to all internal and external parties as appropriate.

Key duties and requirements for the role:

  • Manage all incoming and outgoing construction project documentation.
  • Organise, file, and archive digital and physical documents.
  • Work closely with the project manager and site team to distribute documentation.
  • Relevant experience as a Document Controller in the construction sector.
  • Familiarity with document management systems.
  • Strong organisational and administrative skills with strong attention to detail.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Highly proficient in Microsoft Packages.
  • A current CSCS card.

There is flexibility around the work pattern to accommodate either a full time or part time role based on your availability and experience.
