Boden group are currently working in partnership with a leading Surveying consultancy who are looking to recruit an M&E Asset Surveyor for a condition program of a large Educational estate in Manchester.

The successful individual will be working as part of a team responsible for logging, inspecting and verifying mechanical, electrical and plumbing assets within the building.

We will be looking for candidates who are qualified within the building services sector either mechanically or electrically, ideally performing this type of work in the past. Experience of working in a healthcare estate would be beneficial.

All data will be recorded on a PDA device and the project will be commencing in Mid May.
