Our client has a fantastic opportunity for an Assistant Manager to join one of their flagship branches, working as part of a highly successful lettings team. In this role, you will take on a key leadership position, deputising for the Lettings Manager when required and providing essential support to the team. This is an ideal opportunity for a Senior Lettings Consultant looking to step up or a current Assistant Manager seeking better career growth, training, and earning potential.
Key Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years' experience in Residential Lettings (essential)
- Strong communication skills with a professional and positive attitude
- IT proficient with experience using MS Office packages
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Proactive approach in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to lead and motivate an enthusiastic lettings team
- Full UK driving licence required
Salary & Benefits:
Our client offers a competitive remuneration package, including:
- Basic salary circa £20,000 - £22,000 per annum
- Realistic OTE of £32,000 - £35,000 per annum (commission & bonuses)
- Company car or car allowance
- Generous holiday entitlement, including your birthday off if it falls on a working day

Hours of Work:
5-day week: Monday - Thursday: 8:30 am - 6:00 pm, Friday: 8:30 am - 5:30 pm, Saturday: 9:00 am - 5:00 pm (with a weekday off when working Saturdays)
