Central Employment are working with a growing Digital Consultancy, as they look to recruit a client facing Digital Project Manager. North East based, hybrid working, flexible core working hours.
We are looking for an ambitious Digital Project Manager to join my client's growing team. Working closely with their digital growth strategists, UX/UI and Web development teams, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management and smooth operation of a wide range of digital projects including ownership of their Agile processes, systems and reporting.
Responsibilities include:
- Managing our digital project lifecycle collaborating with multi-discipline teams, Tech and Performance marketing.
- Working with the team to scope project requirements and prepare cost estimates.
- Developing and managing project plans, resources and budgets.
- Communicating and supporting clients and internal project teams throughout the project.
- Ensuring all team members are clearly briefed on tasks.
- Proactively resolving potential risks or issues.
- Managing client delivery, reporting and SLAs.
- Working with the Senior leadership team to develop opportunities and relationships across our client portfolio.
Essential requirements:
- 3+ years experience in a Digital Project Manager based role.
- Operated within a digital agency setting.
- High level communicator and confident ceremony leader.
- Proficient IT skills and experienced across Project Management and Reporting tools.
- Exceptional organisational skills.
- Experience of Requirements gathering and User Stories.
- Client relationship management experience.
- Experience with Jira or other related PM tools.
- Exposure to Project management data reporting.
- Experience of Data Analysis or Business Intelligence.
