The predicted salary is between 36000 - 60000 £ per year.

The Role: To work with the Site FM & other team members, in implementing the maintenance services. These include the planned preventative maintenance (PPM) programme and reactive maintenance in accordance with the building operating manuals, in compliance with the contract service levels and current regulations.

Training will be provided on access platforms and water management as a minimum.
