We’re partnering with a fast-growing, independent brokerage in Cheshire that specialises in property finance — and they’re looking for a highly experienced Broker with an existing client base or strong network in the property sector. This is not an entry-level position. To succeed in this role, you’ll need to bring your own relationships — with developers, property investors, or introducers — and have a solid track record of structuring property finance deals from end to end.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Working with your own network to generate new business
- Handling inbound and outbound enquiries relating to property finance
- Structuring solutions across bridging, development, and investment finance
- Managing the full deal lifecycle from enquiry to completion
- Building long-term relationships with clients and lenders
- Maintaining accurate, compliant records
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience in property finance or commercial lending is essential
- Background in banking or similar financial institution is highly desirable
- A proven network of clients, developers, introducers, or investors
- Strong deal management skills and an understanding of the full lending process
