Key Responsibilities:- Provide high standards of professional advice and recommendations on mortgage and protection products
- Oversee each application through to completion and liaise with administrators and other departments
- Gather sufficient information to identify customer’s needs
- Build rapport with customers and follow up on all leads
- Ensure all relevant documents have been completed in a timely manner
- Fully CeMAP qualified (or equivalent)
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to build strong relationships with customers
- Have a proven track record in achieving and exceeding targets and expectations
- Possess a professional and flexible attitude, driven and passionate about mortgages & protection
- The successful applicant will be subject to a DBS Check
- Proven track record for career growth and advancement within the company

- Work closely with estate agency introducer branches with significant lead referral volumes
- Competitive basic salary circa £30K plus, commission structure OTE uncapped £70-100K
- Quarterly and yearly awards including trips abroad
- Salary sacrifice pension scheme
- Generous Holiday allowance, increasing by 1 day per year based on service up to an additional 5 days holiday per year
