Head of people Operations- Workday HCM -Hybrid -£85,000 – Manchester MUST HAVE WORKDAY HCM EXPERIENCE AND LIVE NEAR Mancheter Own the end-to-end view of the employee lifecycle, understanding all touchpoints with relevant systems (eg Workday) and building the vision for how processes and systems will be optimised in the future Stakeholder management: Partner with the HCM Product Manager to understand and resolve Workday-related issues and opportunities Subject Matter Expertise: Act as the in-house SME for all People Team processes and for Workday Process Management: Build People Team capability in process management and improvement – support leaders in understanding and executing their accountabilities as process owners Good working knowledge of various HR processes and practices, gained through experience working in an HR function Experience working with HCM systems such as Workday is preferred Prepared to take a hand-on approach to supporting delivery across the team
