We are looking for an IFM Coordinator (Integrated Facilities Management) to join a global technology powerhouse that invests heavily in research and development to make significant technological advancements in various sectors.

In this role, you will work with management on a variety of office facilities tasks and project management. Responsibilities include:

  • Supplier/contractor communications
  • Contract management
  • Communications with site teams
  • Assisting with tenant management
  • Lease contract management
  • Working with project managers
  • Assisting supplier management
  • A variety of office/facilities tasks

This is a 12-month PAYE contract, full-time position based on-site in Cambridge, with potential extensions available.

For this position, we are interested in candidates with the following qualifications:

  • Previous experience as an IFM Coordinator/Assistant
  • Good organisational and MS Office skills
