The Opportunity
We now have an excellent opportunity for an Electrical Maintenance Engineer to join our large engineering team at our Cement Manufacturing Plant in Cauldon, Staffordshire. Covering Monday-Friday days, 08:00-16:00 with an early finish on a Friday. You will be joining at an exciting time as we continue to invest in this plant through new equipment projects across this plant. You will have a truly varied role as you will work on a variety of electrical systems, from batteries to high-voltage equipment. You will also be involved in exciting electrical projects, including upgrading switchgear and motor control centres. Alongside projects for plant upgrades you will carry out both planned and reactive maintenance work to keep our operations running smoothly. You will be supported by senior and specialist engineers, making this a great opportunity to expand your technical knowledge while progressing your career. This is a hands-on, varied role where you will play a key part in maintaining and improving our critical operations.
Who you are
You will be a qualified engineer with either an apprenticeship or a Level 3 qualification in an Electrical discipline. You will have experience working within an industrial engineering environment. You will be familiar with Health & Safety practices, able to work in a safe manner.
