Looking for a change where you can really make a difference? My client, a well-respected global player in the legal world, is looking for an experienced Change Project Manager to join their team on a 12-month fixed-term contract. This is a chance to be at the heart of a big transformation project, helping to shape how things work and making sure everyone's on board.

What you'll be doing:

  • You’ll be working within the Legal Operations & Project Management team, collaborating with both lawyers and business support teams.
  • The focus is on making the management of legal projects smoother and more effective.
  • Putting solid change management plans in place.
  • Building strong relationships with all sorts of people across the business.
  • Figuring out what the impact of changes will be (on people, processes, tech – the whole shebang).
  • Making sure everyone knows what’s going on, keeping them in the loop, and getting them excited about the changes.
  • Mapping out how things work now, how they’ll work in the future, and spotting where improvements can be made.
  • Keeping a close eye on how things are progressing, managing any risks, and keeping senior folks updated.
  • Spotting potential roadblocks and coming up with plans to tackle them.
  • Making sure everything gets delivered on time and to the right standard.
  • Gathering feedback to help improve the project as it goes.

What you’ll bring:

I appreciate you’re a seasoned pro who knows what’s what, so I won’t insult your intelligence by listing the basics. In short, you’ll bring substantial experience in change methodologies and project management within complex organisations (ideally professional services or legal), with a proven ability to drive stakeholder engagement, deliver impactful communications, and manage change.

One thing I should mention here though - they are looking for advanced Excel skills, including data manipulation and visualisation.
