A Senior Client Partner who will support our Retail/CPG vertical. You will play a key role in our growth and be tasked with rapid business expansion within accounts, including growing a select client cluster with clearly established top line and bottom-line targets, and being able to sell new service offerings and solutions to the client cluster in order to achieve targeted results.
- Build, grow, and nurture long-term, value-based relationships with senior client stakeholders, focusing on named accounts.
- Help develop a range of intellectual property and best practices around client and portfolio development to build the client base into a significant strategic asset.
- Monitor how UST executes engagements and take a proactive approach to mitigating potential risks before they arise.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or relevant years of experience in lieu of degree.
- At least 10 years’ experience of working with the retail sector, preferably within a system integrator.
- Experience developing and implementing client strategies to drive revenue growth, enhance customer experience, and improve operational efficiency.
- In-depth understanding of sector specific requirements and the ability to navigate complex regulatory environments.
- Experience in executive revenue-generating roles, bringing comprehensive business acumen to account strategies and cultivating ‘win-win’ value propositions.
- A proven record of building and maintaining long-term relationships at senior (CXO and CXO-1) levels.
- Ability to conceptualise, analyse, and create blueprints for business transformations and present solutions across multiple domains.
