Job Title: Reward Manager Location: London (hybrid) Financial Services, Insurance Salary: £90,000 – £120,000 + bonus Catalyst Partners are delighted to be partnering with a leading financial services organisation who are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join their team as a Reward Manager. This is a fixed-term contract role for 15 months. Assist the Head of Reward in executing the Reward Strategy, including short-term and long-term (shares-based) compensation. Lead and mentor a team of Reward Analysts through key projects, such as job levelling and fair pay & transparency efforts. Oversee the end-to-end delivery of the annual pay and bonus review. Develop enhanced reward communications to improve employee understanding of total compensation. Ensure compliance with UK regulatory requirements, such as Gender Pay Reporting. Conduct benchmarking using Willis Towers Watson surveys. Support data production, analysis, and modelling, including pay-mix analysis. Serve as a point of contact and escalation for compensation-related matters, including share programs. Collaborate with HR and recruitment partners to integrate new hire processes and reporting. Reward Management Expertise: Demonstrated experience as a Reward Manager within an HR department is essential. Annual Pay Review Proficiency: Proven ability to manage end-to-end annual pay reviews, preferably utilising the Workday Advanced Compensation module. Essential experience in handling share-based compensation programs. Attention to Detail: Exceptional attention to detail, with the ability to produce precise reports and data analyses. Stakeholder Relationship Management: Strong skills in building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders. Excel Proficiency: Advanced skills in Excel. Deadline Management: Ability to meet deadlines, demonstrating flexibility and resilience in managing multiple workstreams.
