Primary Purpose: This role exists to support the delivery of high-quality design assets for new product development and rebranding projects across our extensive product range in the children\’s consumer goods sector.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create high-quality design assets using Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) that meet project specifications and brand guidelines.
- Demonstrate adaptability and quick learning in a fast-paced environment to support ongoing design projects and meet deadlines.
- Participate in ideation and brainstorming sessions to generate fresh concepts and contribute to creative direction.
- Retouch and visualize designs to ensure polished, visually appealing outputs across various formats.
- Set up packaging artwork with precise technical specifications for print production.
- Apply fundamental understanding of repro and print processes to ensure production-ready designs that align with printing standards.
- Maintain effective team communication and organization to ensure smooth project workflow and timely delivery.
- Follow design briefs to produce creative outputs that align with client expectations and project goals.
- Collaborate with senior designers and team members to refine designs and ensure alignment with overall project objectives.
