12 Month FTC
Elevation HR are working with a dynamic and forward-thinking Engineering company who are now looking for an Employee Relations Advisor to join the team for a 12 month FTC.
The role of Employee Relations Specialist will provide advice and guidance, supporting managers on people management case work and absence support and guidance through the centralised advisory service tiered structure.
The ER Advisor will:
- Be the first point of contact for all managers throughout the business for people policy related issues
- Coach and influence managers in people management, developing skills and constructively challenging inappropriate behaviours/actions
- Support managers to improve attendance ensuring that both long and short term sickness levels are kept within company targets utilising the available systems and management information
To be successful in this role you will:
- Have solid experience of Employee Relations with the ability to build strong working relationships with all levels of managers
- Strong Employee Relations specialist experience gained within a complex unionised environment, and large matrix organisations
- Demonstrates a sound understanding of employment law
- CIPD L5, or working towards
